Contraindications

There may be some cases in which treatments cannot be offered. For instance, in cases of any acute undiagnosed pain, fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea, under the influence of drugs/alcohol, contagious and acute infections, in the first trimester of pregnancy and recent surgery.

Client may be asked to seek medical advice before booking and/or a GP written permission in case of cancer, pregnancy (with complications), severe heart conditions, kidney infections, mental health issues, diabetes, some disorders of the nervous system and other severe or rare medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If clients are unable to attend a previously booked appointment, they are requested to provide therapist with at least 24 hours notice by email/text/call. This will allow therapist to rebook the time slot with someone on the waiting list.

If adequate notice is given (more than 24 hours) any upfront payments will be either fully refunded or moved towards another scheduled appointment.

​

Clients that have previously cancelled appointments without adequate notification as shown above, may be asked to prepay the full value of the treatment for any future appointments.
